Yoga is a technique of spiritual development originating in Ancient India. Indeed, archaeological artefacts from the Indus-Saraswati civilisation in India suggest that yoga may have been practised as early as 4,500 BC. The literal translation of the Sanskrit word “yoga” means a union between mind and body. Hot yoga is the practice of yoga and the integration of body, breath and mind in a heated room of about 105-110 degrees Fahrenheit. During a hot yoga class you will perform a series of yoga postures, some of which require lengthy, forceful and well-controlled contractions of major muscle groups with the intention of increasing strength, balance, flexibility and mental focus. The classes also promote deep relaxation and detoxification of the body and mind.

Our class start times range from 6.30am to 8.00pm. To view our timetable see here.
