Chair Yoga with Kate is on Monday 12-1pm for afternoon classes and Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm for evening classes.

Chair Yoga is great for those who are unable to attend regular yoga or fitness class due to age, health issues, injury or limited mobility. Classes include gentle mobilisations, safe stretches and careful strength building practices. We we also explore calming breath practices that can help to manage or reduce stress and anxiety.

Chair yoga is purchased in 5 week blocks for £35 for the 5 weekly sessions. You can book by clicking the button below and then going to the date you want to start and purchasing the block.
