The Barre Workout

Monday at 8.00pm & Thursday 6.30pm

A low impact, total body workout that lifts the bum, tones the thighs, flattens the abs and sculpts the arms, whilst protecting the joints. Small isometric contractions are performed and integrated with an interval training approach that burns fat and improves cardiovascular fitness. Posture, flexibility, stamina and core strength improve. The result is a body that is realigned, rebalanced and works harmoniously and efficiently.

The Barre workout classes are part of the Absolute Yoga timetable and are included in the full studio membership (£59 per month, includes all timetabled classes). Non-members are welcome and may either pay as you go (£10 per class) or purchase class cards at a cost of £79 for four sessions to be used within six months of purchase.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential. Four hours notice is necessary for cancellation of class place.
