Yin Yoga

If you’re looking for deep relaxation, intense, blissful stretches and an hour away from a busy day, our Yin Yoga classes are perfect for you.

Yin is suitable for everyone and offers something for beginners, intermediate and advanced students alike. Holding deep stretches for 2—6 minutes, stretching out the fascia surrounding our muscles, improving flexibility and focus, the physical and meditative effects of this practice are wonderful.

Our Yin Yoga teacher is Carliann Parry and her Yin classes run on Tuesdays at 10am (hot) and Fridays at 6pm (please book in advance for this candlelit class due to popularity).
