Beginners Yoga
Our next gentle beginner specific courses start in January
Hot Yoga ~ every Thursday 6.30pm Is a slower paced hot yoga class
All of our classes are beginner friendly however if you’d prefer to start with a beginners specific experience then these are the classes for you! We will introduce you to the fundamentals of yoga in a gentle yoga flow class. All mats & props are provided but you're very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Beginners/Gentle Yoga (not hot) 5 Week Course
Room temp class. This is NOT in the hot room. £40 for 5 week block. The next beginner course starts on Monday 6th January 6.30-7.30pm.
We’ll spend 4 weeks together and then in the 5th week you can choose any one of our timetabled classes. Bring a hoodie/cardi with you for the beginning and end of our class together. Hot Yoga (evenings) - all year round
Every Thursday 6.30-7.30pm is a slowed down hot yoga flow and exploration of the breath, body and movement, which is great for anyone new to hot yoga. We’re exploring the fundamentals of the yoga poses (asanas). Lots of payment options for this class; £11 pay per class or included in £50 taster month, or class cards or memberships; just go to the date you want to start (click button below for our secure booking system), select which payment option suits you best and book on.
