Pregnancy Yoga

£50 for 5 week block

Join doula Jodie for pregnancy yoga classes in our studio in Waterloo, north Liverpool. Using pregnancy yoga techniques such as breathing, soundwork and movement this nourishing class will help you in all stages leading up to birth and into post-partum. I love the different energy this class brings to our studio and it’s a real privilege to see friendships and support form in the classes; building connections and sharing experiences can be incredibly powerful.

Pregnancy yoga can help you to develop and trust your body’s ability to grow and birth new life. As pregnancy is such a potentially life changing journey, it makes it a great time to begin yoga as you nurture and nourish you and your unborn child.

This pregnancy yoga practice is incredibly nourishing and perfectly designed for you and your baby. You purchase our pregnancy yoga classes in blocks of 5 consecutive weekly sessions for £50. Suitable for any stage/trimester, pregnancy yoga is a helpful tool in your toolbox, whether this is your first or sixth child. No yoga experience necessary. We provide everything you need here but you’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. There’s also an optional WhatsApp group you can join for peer support.

Pregnancy yoga runs on Tuesdays 6.30-8pm at our studio in Waterloo, north Liverpool. Pregnancy yoga is not a hot class. This is a permanent class that you can join at any point by purchasing a block of 5 consecutive sessions (90 minutes each) via our booking system. Early Motherhood

Join Jodie every Tuesday, 12-1.30pm for a supportive, nourishing, welcoming Mum & Baby Yoga class. Cups of tea/coffee/herbal tea provided. Plenty of room for buggies/car seats. Optional whatapp group you can join for additional support/connection/peer advice.

Classes for You

When you're ready we’ve got classes to meet you where you are, with experienced, empathic female teachers who can help you to connect with your physical, mental and emotional strength. Just contact me if you’re not sure what class may suit you best; we can talk it through and find what is right for you. For some that may be focusing on the pelvic floor and core in Pilates or for others it could be finding an hour away from everything in a soothing, gentle yoga class. You’re also welcome to try our faster paced hot yoga classes but chat to me first so I can give you some advice/pointers/modifications if you need them.
