Chair Yoga with me, Kate, is on Monday 12-1pm and is a permanent class that you purchase in 5 week blocks
Chair Yoga is great for those who can’t or don’t want to attend regular yoga or fitness class due to age, health issues, injury, limited mobility or any other reason. Classes include gentle mobilisations, safe stretches and careful strength building practices. We also explore calming breath practices that can help to manage or reduce stress and anxiety.
Chair yoga is purchased in 5 week blocks for £35 for the 5 weekly sessions. You can book by clicking the button below and then going to the date you want to start and purchasing the block. Always just get in touch with me if you have any questions or need any help.
